| Notes | The study aimed to obtain data on the generation and management of food waste in households and to test the feasibility of the chosen method of keeping a kitchen diary. For this purpose, a web-based application was set up through which households reported data on the amount of food waste they measured (weighed). On Facebook they created a Foodsharing group, where users on social networks offer food that they have not used. |
