The CHORIZO project (Changing practices and Habits through Open, Responsible, and social Innovation towards ZerO food waste) aims to improve the understanding of how social norms influence behavior and FLW generation and use this knowledge to improve the effectiveness of decision-making and engagement of food chain actors, towards zero food waste.
The CHORIZO Consortium represents a multidisciplinary group composed of 14 participants from 9 different countries within the EU. The composition of the consortium is well balanced and all partners have been selected according to the project’s identified needs, for their individual expertise, know-how, excellence and commitment.
This project has received funding from the Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under Grant Agreement No 101060014.
