FLW Prevention / Reduction Index

This report provides comparative insight into the applicability of particular interventions in specific cases of food waste generation, by introducing two composite indices. The indices categorize the data pertaining to each intervention in accordance with the food waste hierarchy pyramid, social norms, as well as the more quantitative dimensions such as economic impacts, investment costs, and cost-benefit analysis.
