| Notes | The manduca no caduca is an initiative of the Association of Naturalists of Girona (ANG) that since its inception in 2013 seeks to raise awareness among citizens about food waste and its environmental and social consequences. To do this, it invites people to create ways to take advantage of food throughout the food chain and to reflect on the current consumption model. |
