Mangio senza avanzoThe project aims to promote healthy eating habits and support social solidarity projects with an anti-waste perspective. By counting the amount of uneaten food and analyzing the correlation between the caloric intake of the mid-morning snack and the food leftover, a new method of administering food has been created: new school menus are now being proposed, as well as the distribution of fruit for the mid-morning snack.Implementing actors: Municipality of Bergamo, BeWell incubator.
